I think tens of thousands of them should be moved to the southeast portion of one of the whitest states in the union.  Maybe then you can explain why this good for the country.

You also need to explain it to the Mayors of Chicago, NYC and Edison, NJ.  2 are dems, not sure about Edison.  Tell them how good this.
