Not a bad thing for the forum either way. I just enjoy trying to figure out who is playing who is all. Believe it or not, there were people on the .org site when I found that place that I had posted with 15 plus years earlier at on other forums. I've "known" Benson13 for going on 20 years now for example. That's just crazy to me.

It was a political subforum in the chat room section on the homepage of BellSouth before it became AT&T, and I think BellSouth had forgotten it even existed. There was a "report abuse" button that never was answered so everyone just went nuts. It was the "Government & Politics" forum, and everyone just called it the G&P.
A small group of about 20 or 30 regulars formed on it and it was truly the wild West of internet forums for about two years until AT&T absorbed BellSouth and eventually shut it down. Good times for sure.
This place reminds me a lot of that place, as did the .org site when it was around.
It wouldn't surprise me at all to find that a few folks on this site today were old BellSouth refugees even. Lol

Hell... I am a sok of a former member myself, but the only reason I am is because admin/ownership here had been paid to ban my old account over some hurt feelings, and I wanted to see if I could get back in under the radar, which I was.
The old **** that paid to have me banned apparently croaked, and no **** were given anymore.

Jinn didn't like that I "out assholed" him on the other forum, so he ran over here and paid admin to not only ban me, but to completely nuke my account and all my content as well.
It wasn't a huge amount of material, but it was several threads and a couple thousand posts. Lots of discussion and material about the Kyle Rittenhouse and Ahmaud Arbery incidents mostly as they were the hot topics at the time.
Jinn also ordered admin to "kill on site" any suspected sok that I may be posting under here as well. What's so funny is, several accounts got banned that weren't even me... they just thought they were me, and pulled the chain on them. LOL
I've considered changing my name back to my original screen name here, but since all my old content no longer exists I figured why bother.
