I have travelled the world extensively and have seen with my own eyes that people are mostly the same everywhere ....The same hopes, same dreams and same ambitions .....
Most just want a peaceful life , prosperity , a family and the Freedom to enjoy their lives.
We forget that our corrupt government's and their political policies are rarely in the citizen's best interests and almost always in the best interests of the few.
We forgot that we hold the power over the government's and not vice-versa......
Everything they do nowadays is out of fear .....of US..
The people waking up one day and bringing these corrupt governments down. ..
I agree with your premise, but question the outcome.

Here's the deal. I don't trust our current government - they are a bunch of crooks, liars, cheats, thieves, thugs, and will illegally use Fed-Cops to enforce their political desires. I do, however, trust regular folks like my neighbors, and my friends. I'll work with what I've got. There aren't just two choices.
