I feel quite certain that i could fly a helicopter even though I never have before.  I don't even need Youtube to help me out.  Now, what happens after I get it off the ground - - - that's another story.

I could probably figure out how to start one... but flying it would be a whole other thing.

I think just getting it off the ground would be a challenge without at least some type of formal instruction.

A single engine fixed wing aircraft, I could get in the air pretty easily, but a helo is a whole different animal.

With a Huey just be gentle with collective, the power, pay attention to the pedals to control the tail when adding power because it will want to swing left, remember tit takes off left skid low.  If you are taking off from that position gently move the cyclic forward, build airspeed and away you go. 

That hard part is hovering as well as landing where you want to land.

If you get in the air you'll be fine.  It is the landing that you need to worry about.

So you are saying a generally more conservative person may be a more moral person on average.
Make better decisions etc.  Ok, I might be inclined to agree with that. 

But that is quite a different thing than GOVERNING.
Sorry, but Im not willing to 'sheep dip' the Repub Party on any level.

I remember having a hard time even trying to fly a cheap drone. The thing would always go sideways and crash into something.  But, I did get it off the ground.

Im a conservative nationalist who believes in more cohesive societies.
America has gone as far as it can with forced multi-culturalism and its war empire.
Seems to be too many deeply profound broken parts of America that cannot be fixed.

I am not a nativist or provincialist.  When I see success in another country
then I will applaud it.  Culturally speaking, Russia and China have found
solutions to a more cohesive society.
