Seriously.... a former president of the United States who openly hopes that the nation's economy will CRASH in 2024?

Do all you scrotum-sucking MAGA morons agree with that?

looking for a great business opportunity? start a poor old lady business; who needs shoes for her children. be a finder. loan her child to rich people who need tax deductions. she get $1,000.00 year per child. you get $100.00 finder fee per child. rich people get massive tax cuts. say you place 1,000,000 poor kids. wow. you are rich. go public. stock catches fire. you make billions. so easy to become filthy rich in usa. find tax loop holes and fill the hole. last day of the year qualifies for one year. feed the kids with one hotdog and send them home.

In the real world we see this kind of information going around.

The economic impact of Bidenomics is causing concern, with 38% of US companies considering mass layoffs this year.

Layoffs have already affected many major companies, including Nike, Hasbro, Roku, Amazon, and Spotify

Desperately fumbling to make it about Trump!

I think the MSM has created a talking point.  I didn't read his statement that way:

“When there’s a crash, I hope it’s going to be during this next 12 months because I don’t want to be Herbert Hoover.”

Adding context or actual quotes takes the fun out of it.

What motivates people more.. negative outcomes or positive outcomes? Answer is negative. We react more passionately and immediately to negative outcomes. Simple human nature. Hence why most politicos focus on negative outcomes and wish for them.

Positive outcomes motivate me more than do negative ones. I think this just depends on the individual.

Of all the lines in that piece, that's the one you think merits a condemnation of someone?
How about the blatant misrepresentation by the author saying Trump's term had some economic success early on but the latter stages saw a decline. Sure there was a decline,  it was caused by the hysterical reaction to a pandemic by Democrat Governor's and Mayor's. Exactly the kind of **** reporting that the left sucks up, because they just aren't very intelligent.

I have read numerous studies that show that avoiding loss is more of a motivator than promise of positive outcomes. This is why folks have insurance on everything.. not just those that they are legally mandated to insure.
