The Fed isn't talking about cutting rates.  A lot of investors are hoping they do, but why would they when inflation is almost double the Fed target of 2% ?

Every quarter of every year, some employers cut jobs, and some add jobs.  Under Biden, we've been adding more jobs than we have been cutting.
