The study makes no such claim as the part I bolded. Here are the ACTUAL FINDINGS of the study: "Vaccination against COVID-19 consistently reduced the risk of long COVID symptoms, which highlights the importance of vaccination to prevent persistent COVID-19 symptoms, particularly in adults."
The truth of the matter is that they can only speak to intermediate, not long term, symptoms. We are not far enough out from the mass vax program to study long term effects. The day will come - be patient. They use the term "long covid" to mean persistent covid - and more precisely, persistent symptomology. The study does not in any way suggest they have an inkling what the long term effects of the vax are going to be.
The question about cardiac issues was never asked and never studied. You simply made that part up. Or more likely, you believed it, when a science writer made it up FOR you. The study you linked was funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research - a captive British government agency that will only ask questions that it wants to hear the answers to.
