We're thinking he is a dual diagnosis patient... bi-polar/schizoaffective, and an addict to boot.
If you notice, he posts like crazy for 3-4 days (manic) and then disappears for a week or two right after (depressive).
He is constantly "reinventing" himself too by creating a new account and screen name about every three or so episodes.
In short, the guy has some pretty significant issues.
At least he provides the forum with loads of easy to debunk, bat **** crazy JWO propaganda for the normal folks to totally unload on .........

You didn't read the document. Because, if you did, you would have discovered that it doesn't mention Milley anywhere. The document you linked to discusses the role of Colonel Earl G. Matthews and his Officer Evaluation Report.
This kind of thing deserves attention to detail and accuracy.
