In the pic you claim is Trump, the two men are so close they are almost rubbing shoulders... as they are in the black and white pic I posted.
In my example, Trump is even leaning into Cohn, which would make his shoulder even lower than if he were standing up straight.

One side is a little bit wider than the other in both pictures.
