If you are going to re-post some "expert's" comment as the gospel on a subject, then you better do a little checking to make sure that it is not just vapid propaganda riding on the backside of a 3-legged Donkey.

Democrats, like @R. Suave  do this all the time.  A little digging generally uncovers and exposes Democrat "expert analysis" as a whore's raw festering herpes sores in-artfully covered by gobs of Maybelline. 

Try it sometime, with Democrats, this is fairly easy.

LOL!  Bro, the guy teaches a marketing class or two.  He is being quoted as a professor of NYU.  With no mention of what he is a professor of. He is not being quoted by you or liberal media because he took some math classes or business classes at Berkley.  Millions of people take such classes, and no one goes around quoting them on how they are "Professors at NYU" and then claim they have some insight on Trump being convicted in legal proceedings.  This is absurd.  Laughable.  And, Scott Gallager is in imbecile to allow (and facilitate) himself to be used by the Liberal Media this way.  .

I don't expect lay people to know it because it's not a common term used. However, it is a very common term among those who claim to know stats to the degree that he claims. You know how he is. He acts like he knows everything about everything. Therefore, there is no excuse whatsoever that he shouldn't know that term. Well...he didn't think it had to do with data. He thought it had to do with dead people.            I laughed so damn hard.
