Let's say you are both even "narratively speaking" and I have to render a decision based on the benefit of the doubt.

You needed to get THIS far into the arbitration process by my cajoling and wheedling anything out of you.
However, Vegas willingly (without any effort on the judge's part) offered up his part.

Coupled with the fact that you are a hostile witness (eroding your credibility even further) and given to demeaning the court repeatedly, I rule in favor of Vegas.
