He can't doxx me on this forum because I have posted pics, my address and my house.  Now, he did take some of that info and post on another forum where none of that known.

And then got pissed when I asked the mod to take it down.  He was also banned from another forum about 7 years ago for doing the same thing. If he does that **** to me again I will fly to NH and find him.  He once posted the town he lives in.  Shouldn't be too hard to find him at Planet Fitness.

That they're right.
It's not a matter of belief, but a matter of fact.

I did answer.  Not the way you demanded but they are obviously my words. Let's try this again:

I am not running from them.  It is a no brainer you need income to get a mortgage.  Not sure how that fits with this:

The amount of interest on the loan affects the monthly payment, Dum Dum.  You do realize the interest rate is the "cost" of money.  And you are supposed to be some economic genius.

****.

You posted nothing to rebut that.

I stand behind my words.  I am still waiting for that point you think you won.

I hear ya.

Doxxing is a cowards way of admitting they've been bested.

I'm not surprised in the least that Rico would do something like that.

@R. Suave

In this example, let’s say you’re looking to take out a home loan for $200,000. If you get a 30-year mortgage and you make a 20% down payment of $40,000, you’ll have a $160,000 mortgage.

If you only put down 10%, you’ll have a $180,000 mortgage. The following table shows you how much you’ll pay — both per month and over the life of the loan — in each scenario.

In this example, a 1% mortgage rate difference results in a monthly payment that’s close to $100 higher. But the real difference is how much more you’ll pay in interest over 30 years…more than $33,000! And just think, if you lived in the 1980s when the highest mortgage rate was 18%, you’d be paying thousands a month just in interest!

Today the 30 year fixed rate is 7.54.

As I await for what point you think you won I want to remind you of my point.

In '89 we bought our house FHA 30yr @10% . Then the no cost refinance craze came, so we refinanced every point. I remember the wife crabbing about having to go sign papers...we went in to sign and the banker told us by refinancing, we'd save 80k over the life of the loan...the wife asks, "where do I sign?"  :faint:

in 2 years we went from 10pts 30yr to 7pts 15yr, $780 month  (payment virtually unchanged) asked lender for amortization schedule and she accidentally sent me one for 10yrs which was only $970...I never looked back...12 yrs and debt free...life was good...

Making your point ONE time would be nice and showing exactly how you won something when I mentioned nothing of income.  Tie your point to this comment:

The amount of interest on the loan affects the monthly payment, Dum Dum.  You do realize the interest rate is the "cost" of money.  And you are supposed to be some economic genius.

Ok.  You said that a lack of income is a disqualifiier.  I never did say it wasn't.  That's why I said "No **** Sherlock". SO you didn't win anything.  Again, you got curb stomped because you don't understand what you read.

Unless you can show where I said it wasn't a disqualified you didn't win anything.  I agree with you, Dum Dum.
