The housing market is the only thing a deplorable can bitch about right now in Biden's economy.
Inflation is down.
Wage earnings are outpacing inflation.
Gas prices are coming down.
Manufacturing is up.
Unemployment is down.

Biden took away almost all of the gripes America has and all trump will have to run on is the "boo hoo they're out to get me and you" platform.
Not exactly a winning strategy.
Republicans love losing apparently.

You thanked Biden because so many people are now qualified for a mortgage.
But the fact is home sales are at a 28 year low.

Why?
Cause of the interest rates that you blame everyone but Biden for.

Buyers that could buy a house under Trump are no longer qualified because of the policies of Biden.

No....you insist that Biden is to blame for it, Lying Hole.

That's idiotic.

  The deplorables are scrambling now.
They're having a harder and hardar time making Biden look bad.
Nothing to even impeach him with the poor souls.
2024 is going to be rough for them.

You're almost as delusional as Rico... especially the part about "Biden took away almost all of the gripes America has". 🤣

Also...

Inflation doesn't "go down"... it just turns into deflation, which isn't happening. Prices are still up and going higher... just not as fast as they have been for the last 18 months.

If wages increases are out pacing inflation then you need to tell Gen Z and most of the Millennials because they keep crying that they can't afford to move out of mom and dad's place because they can't afford to do that and eat too.

You guys are a hoot.

I nominate this post for "Best Supporting Actor In A Fictional Series".

Someone send a limo to pick this guy up and deliver him to the red carpet outside The Hollywood Psychiatric Theater.

Interest rates don't mean squat if you don't have a down payment, sufficient income or a decent credit score.

Published by Statista Research Department, Jan 8, 2024
According to a December 2022 survey, among the main reasons why non-homeowners do not currently own a home in the United States are not having enough money saved for a down payment (34 percent) and low income (31 percent). Almost a third of respondents also said that they are currently holding off on buying a house due to their credit score (30 percent).

The inflation?
High interest rates?
Or how about the open borders?
