 Mortgage rates kick off 2021 with a new record low

Mortgage rates fell to another record low last week. The average interest rate on a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage dropped to 2.65%, according to Freddie Mac. That’s the lowest level in the nearly 50 years that the mortgage giant has been publishing the survey. The 15-year fixed-rate mortgage dropped to 2.16%.

You may go back to the corner now.  And don't forget your pointy hat, Dunce.
It doesn't turn off like a switch.

Post the end date of his last fiscal year.

And hotter than a pistol.
I don't live on a circle.  And last I checked our homes were valued about the same.  Take this house and put on your parcel of land and it would go for around 300,000 more.

The double interest rates have pushed people out of the market...

They're not qualified with double interest rates
Interest rates don't establish qualification, ya **** ******* hole

Income (or means) does

@R. Suave

The amount of interest on the loan affects the monthly payment, Dum Dum.  You do realize the interest rate is the "cost" of money.  And you are supposed to be some economic genius.

Post the end date of his last fiscal year.

You can do it yourself and make a point.

All I know we were looking at some high priced homes during that time frame BECAUSE of the LOW interest rate.

The particular school he went to has some very good majors.  That wasn't even mentioned on the as one  of their majors.

Does Sept. 30, 2021 precede or follow Jan, 2021?

At least you admit you are unable to make a case.  If you can't post your own numbers and make your own case on't bother me.  You are like a nat.  Irritating for a brief second and then swatted away.  And quickly forgotten.

I will say all you are doing is throwing VG under the bus and proving my point that this is not because of Trump.  Thanks, Diversity Poster.
