I didn't NEED to make any "assumption". I only had to have a functioning memory and to know, for a fact, that Nikki Haley didn't have a **** thing to do with it. Face it: he's not as sharp as he once was, and he was never really all that sharp to begin with. Now, he gets in front of a crowd and just starts his stream-of-consciousness babbling, gets confused, and steps on his tongue.
