Biden cuts him loose inside our borders and he rapes and murders a young girl. I hope they win the case.

Family to sue Biden admin for $100 million over death of woman killed by illegal immigrant | Just The News

The killer reportedly had an MS-13 tattoo and authorities later confirmed his association with the illicit group. He was 16 at the time he crossed the border and told authorities he had paid a guide to smuggle him across so as to escape gang violence in El Salvador. The family of Kayla Hamilton, plans to sue the Biden administration for $100 million, partially blaming the administration's immigration enforcement policies for her wrongful death. The illegal immigrant raped Hamilton and subsequently strangled her with a phone cord. Prior to the murder, he entered the U.S. unlawfully in March 2022, but secured release into the interior under the Biden administration's directives. The family is seeking $100 million and plans to name the Departments of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services as defendants. "We bring this landmark lawsuit in honor of Kayla to get answers on how this catastrophic failure occurred and help prevent another senseless murder," Claypool said. "The killer had been arrested in El Salvador in 2020 for being associated with an illicit gang. All DHS had to do was make one phone call to verify this and Kayla would be alive."

Abbott and Desantis turned him loose.
Put him on a bus and "released" him into the interior.
The law suit is going nowhere.
Kind of like the Babbit lawsuit.

DeSantis and Abbott weren't even running buses North at the time either.

Biden and Co. put this guy on a plane and ushered him right into the homeland.

Regardless of where or how he entered, Biden and Co. released him and own this death.
