One aspect that the conjob idiots (have almost certainly) overlooked is the fact that @R. Suave  has no qualms trudging through the mountains of "racism" here.

All that matters to me is that every part of the world where Blacks live in large percentages is a sub  human standard **** hole.
Except for the military where the minimum standards for hygiene and behavior are kept high enough to maintain functionality.
The military [believe it or not] attracts a higher quality Negro in many cases and it weeds out the very worst.
My guess is the Army was 25% Black when I served...[about double the general USA population % of Blacks]
Otherwise your quality of life will automatically improve when you find a place to live that is no more than 5% ******.
The close to zero, the less crime and filth you will encounter.
Too bad the world has to be this way...but there's no sense in pretending that it's not.     
BTW..White Guilt Libtards have been given the opportunity to design their own IQ tests that are free of all the "cultural biases" that they believe exist with the standard models.....

Assuming that were the case (I believe the differential is higher than 10% as of today...), we would simply swap the parameter from "Intelligence" to "Crude Metric of Intelligence."

Any qualitative feature (aggression, sociability, mastery of language) is going to be imperfect so it doesn't make sense to throw a heuristic out entirely just because it fails to capture all dimensions.

Many of them would agree.

But it is not the veritability of the statement we are concerned with...

When I first started reading, my immediate reaction was that beevee is a BIG ol' racist homophobe. What you explicated about his racism goes double for his homophobia. Now there is an area wherein he HAS made plenty of jokes - and he uses gayness as a go-to insult.

NE Asians are quite high IQ, for all their tendency toward conformity. Those NE Asians who break the conformist mold tend to be a force in the department of creativity. If you look at thought leaders in the cohort, you get people like Sun Tsu, Emperor Qin, Confucius and the scholars who grew out of his teachings - pre-eminently, Dong Zhongshu, who led in codifying Confucian thought into a sort of re-law-gion. 

Then there are the jappos, who codified a notion of honor and correctness of thought and deed which could be argued to have surpassed the cultural to become genetic. It is true that Asia produces followers with a level of near-perfect excellence in conformity. But I would never stand silent for the argument that NE Asians do not produce creative and highly intelligent people. That would simply be false. Even your SE Asians **** a thinker once or twice in a generation. Ho Chi Min leaps to mind - as does Lee Kuan Yew, the founder of modern Singapore.

Your most honest post to date. You did not serve a single lie. 

That doesn't mean I agree with your conclusions - I DO believe his definition is true, and I DO believe a10% average IQ difference matters in practical terms; I also believe the difference is 20%, not 10. So perhaps implicitly you DID serve up one lie - the 10% difference thing. Or perhaps I am wrong - though I rarely am. And I'm not. Not in the case of sub-Saharan Africans, I'm not. The numbers are the numbers - like you said, tough to argue.

Here is why a 10% average IQ difference matters: It's the people OUTSIDE the curve that make all the difference, and a 10% difference means at least 10% fewer geniuses (and it's actually a much larger percent fewer geniuses, since the top ten percent, like the rest of the body, are in retrograde on a scale that doesn't move). How the hell would possessing at minimum 10% more geniuses not advantage a group? It's a silly notion. Of course that's an advantage. And the advantage can be seen with the naked eye, in the achievements of the respective races.
