An Extreme, Anti-Trans "Bathroom Bill” Has Passed the Utah House (msn.com)
Utah just became the first state to advance anti-trans legislation this year, with the House of Representatives approving one of the most extreme bathroom bills to date.On Friday, the Utah House voted 52-17 to advance House Bill 257 which would define sex (and related terms) across state law in a way that excludes trans people. According to the bill's text, HB 257 would legally define a female as “an individual whose biological reproductive system is of the general type that functions in a way that could produce ova,” and a male as “an individual whose biological reproductive system is of the general type that functions to fertilize the ova of a female.”
The bill also criminalizes trans people for bathroom use in publicly owned buildings. If it passes, any trans person who uses the bathroom that aligns with their gender could be charged with voyeurism and/or criminal trespass, offenses that carry a penalty of up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine .

The courts have been throwing out common sense laws like that. In the end, if we want to keep men out of the restroom/shower rooms that our daughters and granddaughters use we'll have to do it ourselves.

The "progressives" have this issue so out of whack that they call not allowing mentally ill men dressed like women into women's locker rooms and bathrooms "extreme"... which in turn means that allowing such **** is "normal" to them.
Remember that it wasn't long ago that these nutjobs said this **** wasn't happening, and my question is... if it's not happening, then why are you so against legislation that prevents it in the first place?

Science contains the FACT that the male/female determination is based on the chromosomes of a person. Science contains the FACT that the chromosomal makeup of a person cannot be changed. It is impossible for a male to transition to a female, and vice versa. Why don't you believe in science? (FYI...that is a question directed to you)
No matter how much a person spends on changing their hair style, purchasing makeup, buying clothes, getting the nails done and/or mutilating their body, "Frank" will never really be a "Francis" and "Jennifer" will never really be "Jerry".
There is no requirement that anyone, or any government entity, has to support, promote, endorse, and/or participate in the fantasy life someone chooses to live.

It is a sad commentary that as a society we are so bored out of our skull that this is a topic. I saw a "trans-woman" at a gas station yesterday and I could tell that this person was itching for someone to say something. Nobody did.. we had better things to do.
