I'm not seeing any of that in real life.  Not around where I live.

Believe me, I do look.  Perhaps this is more regional based. Where I am, I'm not seeing a lot of race-mixing.  But, I did see more of this about 10 years ago.
 

I like the Liberty Mutual insurance commercial that shows a 70 IQ "Buck Toothed White Guy" chain sawing a tree limb down onto his "White Collar Black Neighbor's" car [and all the Black Neighbor does is give the camera that totally exasperated, "Why me God" look.    
Then there are the Brinks Home Security Commercials that ONLY show White Burglars.....  
Yep..they really  like to show a version of reality that only exists in a brainwashed Liberal's mind.

Well, the ads turn me off and so, that's exactly what my money is doing - walking.  Like I said, I simply make note of this; don't spend a lot of time or resources fighting it.  I'm sick and tired of "wokeism".  I intend to let people know this.

I guess I must not be as sophisticated. I know what I like and what I want.. a commercial does not influence that. Blacks, Asians, cartoons, etc.. the characters in a commercial mean nothing. Besides, if 100% of all actors in commercials were white.. pretty sure that you would not complain. It is a free market where the advertisers have control over who they employ. Are you against them having this freedom?

It's actually the programming on [[[HULU and NETFLIX and DISCOVERY NETWORK and the  HISTORY [HITLER] CHANNEL]]] that's even more agenda driven than these commercials...  !!

Maybe so but the topic is commercials which I find universally annoying hence I go out of my way to not watch them. I have the same attitude with political news, political calls, and pamphlets. We have started a tradition where just before election day, we burn the pamphlets and such in the backyard. 

Most times if there is a male and female couple.The dude is always an idiot and the woman is always smart.

Yep.

In the overwhelming majority of satirical commercials, the white guy is the butt of the joke or the "idiot" in the skit.

I believe it serves two purposes... 

1) It runs cover for the content creators in that no one will ever call them racist, misogynist, transphobic, etc etc if they are only ridiculing the straight white guys in their spots.

and

2) It furthers the subconscious denigration of the straight white male in the eyes of the general public by constantly belittling them on a National stage.

The advertisers know exactly what they are doing and put a lot of thought into these spots. None of this is happening generically.

These people all run in the same circles and its a concerted effort to change culture into their image and likeness
of what is fair and just.  White men/boys are evil and must be **** on.

having the straight white guy be the butt of the joke... could be that they are willing and confident enough to take the joke. The others get offended and cry even though they are being paid very,very well.

Let me put it this way. Commercials ONLY negatively affect what I will NOT buy.
