Biden doesn't have the balls ...
The SC is NOT the "law of the land"!!! The US Constitution is!!! And Article 1 Section 10 Clause 3 says that Texas has the right to defend itself from the invasion that is taking place across its border in the absence of feral enforcement!!!Bidencrimefamily » 26 Jan 2024, 9:44 am » wrote: ↑ Sorry the Supreme Court the law of the land has voted and said that the feds have the power not the states.
This has been long standing law in America.
Doesn't matter if you like it or not.
If you don't like the border situation pass legislation.
The Supreme Court has ruled that the federal government has that power **** nutsBuffalo » 26 Jan 2024, 9:50 am » wrote: ↑ IF the November election is fair and fraudulent free Trump is going to win in a landslide no matter what braindead biden's puppet master have him do.
It is not how I feel about it as well as 25 Republican State Governors and the majority of Americcan people, it is how the State of Texas is interpreting the US Constitution, asshole.Bidencrimefamily » 26 Jan 2024, 9:53 am » wrote: ↑ The Supreme Court has ruled that the federal government has that power **** nuts
Doesmt matter how you feel about it.
Beside, the Supreme Court did not rule that it was illegal for the State of Texas to put barriers along the Rio Grande. They just ruled that the federal government is allowed to remove those barriers. Question is---What will braindead biden and his apparatchiks do about it? LOL!!!Anyone who says Texas is doing something illegal is incorrect.Bidencrimefamily » 26 Jan 2024, 9:53 am » wrote: ↑ The Supreme Court has ruled that the federal government has that power **** nuts

It is NOT my feelings, asshoile!!! The FACT is the SC did NOT rule that it was illegal for Texas to erect border barriers---it ruled that the feral government could remove them.Bidencrimefamily » 26 Jan 2024, 10:09 am » wrote: ↑ You can feel anyways you want about it.
Your feelings dont matter.
the fact is the Supreme Court has ruled that the federal government has that power. Not the states. So basically **** your feelings.
Doesn't matter what you think. The Supreme Court ruled the same way under Trump.Buffalo » 26 Jan 2024, 10:52 am » wrote: ↑ It is NOT my feelings, asshoile!!! What do you think braindead biden's pussified apparatchiks are going to do about it besides paying lip service when Texas defies him like they are doing?

If it comes to a stand off, YES the Texas NG will stand it groud.BuckNaked » 26 Jan 2024, 11:10 am » wrote: ↑ Is the Texas national guard and the Feds going to come to blows at the border? This is going to be interesting. Is Texas NG going to stand their ground?
Are you saying the rank and file are the feds? What agency would the feds be with? I can see some hand to hand action. Hopefully it doesn’t escalate to weapons being firedBuffalo » 26 Jan 2024, 11:19 am » wrote: ↑ If it comes to a stand off, YES the Texas NG will stand it groud.
I have a close friend that works for the State of Texas at a Texas National guard training center, engineering and not combat though. He says that the rank and file he comes in contact with are ALL in favor of Texas (Abbott)securing the border and will not go against their fellow Texans, period. After all their families live, work and kids go to school in this area, also.
Yes, the rank and file are Americans that will not obey any orders to engage in combat with fellow Americans. The Texas NG has F-16 fighter jets too!!!BuckNaked » 26 Jan 2024, 11:29 am » wrote: ↑ Are you saying the rank and file are the feds? What agency would the feds be with? Nope the Supreme Court ruled under Trump that the federal government controls the border.Buffalo » 26 Jan 2024, 11:34 am » wrote: ↑ Yes, the rank and file are Americans that will not obey any orders to engage in combat with fellow Americans. The Texas NG has F-16 fighter jets too!!!
