NO, you get it through your goddamn ****, liberal head that the Constitution says IF THE FERAL GOVERNMENT IS FAILING TO PROTECT THE STATES FROM BEING INVADED, OR IN SUCH IMMINEMT DANGER AS WILL NOT ADMIT OF DELAY.  

That means a State can act to protect itself from invasion both foreign and domestic!!!

The SC did not say it was illegal for Texas to erect border barriers!!!

Why is that so hard for your third grade mentality to comprehend?

And Trump was building the wall and controlling the border, despite dim-0-craps fighting him every step he took!!!
