  He has to pay the 83 mil up front to the court in order to appeal.
Also since his top notch lawyer never objected to anything during the trial they have nothing to appeal.
 After the first apleal is turned down,the court then awards Carroll the money.
 This process shouldn't take more than a year.
  I'm thinking Melania should marry E.Gene if she ever wants to see any of dialer don's money when he kicks off.
