Dear lord - there are people who still think the news surrounding Donald Trump is about Donald Trump. Who cares about Donald Trump? - 10, 15 years from now he'll be gone anyway. Trump is the backdrop to these events, the foreground news you're supposed to be taking notice of, is the depths the establishment has sunk to, in its desperate attempt to destroy 1 man. That same establishment that's openly sinking in a sewer of corruption in order to vicariously disenfranchise, delegitimize and criminalize 50% of the US electorate through open lawfare against Trump, will be around long after Trump is dead and buried.

  He has to pay the 83 mil up front to the court in order to appeal.
Also since his top notch lawyer never objected to anything during the trial they have nothing to appeal.
 After the first apleal is turned down,the court then awards Carroll the money.
 This process shouldn't take more than a year.

NO money has been paid to anything or anyone and WONT BE until appealed. There is a LOT to appeal, and the LAWYERS FOR TRUMP made plenty of objections, had MULTIPLE items of evidence rejected that SHOLD have been admitted, and even Carrol herself DESTROYED evidence she claimed she once had which SHOULD have impeached her entire testimony!! 

Sucks you are so **** STUPID to know how civil awards work and how TRIALS THEMSELVES work too!!

                                   

With this judgement and the hundreds of millions that New York will make trump pay,plus the loss of his business trump will owe over 400 million dollars in civil suits.
Word on the street says he doesn't have it. Even if he raids his campaign fund.
 Another thing being said elsewhere is that the appeals court may not even take trump's case. Not enough to appeal on. Too many missteps by his council.
  Seems his lawyer is not so hot,because no good lawyers want to take him for a client. The good ones know that representing trump leads to discipline or total disbarrment. Take Powell and Rudy for example.

The court holds the fine in perpetuity.
If trump wins the appeal,he gets it back.
If he loses it goes to Carroll.
The main thing to remember is trump has lost close to 500 million dollars in civil suits in less than 6 months.

They have NOTHING, zero, other than "he said, she said" and a 3rd party hearsay (allowed so as exception to the rules of evidence) being the information to the 3rd party was relayed from a party directly involved in the incident, which was Jean Carroll of course, and that hearsay from her, could have been colored and added onto, very possible, why? LOOK at the circumstances of the incident.

She does not even remember the date, not reminiscent of trauma. This case should have been dismissed because of lack of evidentiary matter. A very weak case. Look at who this judge is, that explains it all, a democrat, part of the silent coup wanting Trump gone.

No ****, the court holds NOTHING!!!! The ONLY thing that the Court can do is UPON APPLICATION BY THE PLAINTIFF is to attached wages or other property and that takes YEARS TO DO!!!
