This kind of reminds me of after Hurricane Katrina hit ---- and all the good people of Negro persuasion in New Orleans were given those $2000 Emergency FEMA Credit Cards for a similar purpose...... As I recall, some of these life sustaining purchases included bottles of Hennessy - Lotto Tickets - an $800 designer Purse -- $600 matching Shows - Bar Tabs at Strip Clubs - Flat Screen TVs - Air Jordan Sneakers - a Set of Gold Spinning Rims - Cartons of Newports etc...
It truly is remarkable the ways progressive politicians will come up with to assist people in committing fraud...

agreed...in the mid 70's I (stupidly) quit my job. I just graduated from college and told my supervisor I wanted a bump in pay now that I was fully degreed...he laughed and told me he could find anyone off the street to do my job...
