Protect our borders from invasion.  That's it.  He doesn't have to do anything else, just that one thing.  And, any president who cannot protect his country's borders must be impeached for treason.

And just to put a finer point on my question:  You went on to say that the SIZE of the invading force is irrelevant if they cross our borders for "the purpose of conquest, plunder or or [sic] spread of something harmful to the invaded nation."  

Any president who allows some group of foreigners to cross our borders to spread something harmful to America should be impeached for treason.  

And you have raised this issue because of the flood of immigrants at our southern border.

Given the fact that overwhelming majority of immigrants from Mexico/Central/South America  have always been coming for a better life and a chance at the American dream and not conquest nor plunder and certainly not to "spread something harmful to America.... I will grant you that some percentage are here to deliver drugs or to so something potentially harmful to America.  If only half as many immigrants were crossing, and there were a concurrent 50% drop in the number of them who came to "spread something awful", according to you, that would STILL be grounds for impeachment.  Correct?  

And, if that IS correct, why weren't you screaming for the impeachment of every single president of the United States because there have ALWAYS been thousands and thousands of illegal immigrants pouring across our border for more than a century.

And if the size of the invading force is irrelevant, would a president who dropped his guard and let just, say, 19 fellows determined to spread something harmful to America... like, say, bringing down the Twin Towers and killing three thousand Americans..... wouldn't a president like THAT fit your description as well?
