Funny, seems to me he stepped down when he was supposed.

Don't bother me again until you post some verifiable "dictator like" ACTIONS.  Not words, some spoken by others.  And what you don't understand re implementing his policies on the border and drilling is no more acting like a dictator than BIden acted when he reversed them.  

If one is a dictator so is the other.

Aren't you one of the many liberals going on and on about the 14th Amendment?  Maybe you should read all of it rather than only reading Section 3.  Section 1 is also very interesting and appears extremely relevant. (emphasis mine)

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Now, you said there were constraints on due process.  The burden is now on you to show where anyone has the authority to limit a constitution protection.
