What separates exceptional from exempt, and immunity? and I want to note that you TOTALLY dodged the question about his belief he can assassinate his political rivals and still be immune from criminal prosecution.

I watched the video and I read the transcripts of the immunity hearing where he lawyers claimed that, he would need to be impeached and convicted of the articles of impeachment before he could be held criminally liable for assassinating his rivals.

He claims he was kidding and he claims he would only limit his dictatorial powers to two issues and 24 hours.  

How many dictators do YOU know of who voluntarily relinquished power after holding it for 24 hours?

Any??  Yes or No would suffice
