Trump happens to be the only one in the conversation with the power to declassify the documents. At least be consistent, if you think Trump is guilty, why isn’t Biden guilty?

Two men are driving down the road.  The speed limit is 35 miles per hour.  One is going 44 mph.  The other is going 90 mph.  Are prosecutors required to prosecute both men for speeding or can they use their discretion to give the former a warning?

Biden did not have TS (SCI) documents with lots of information regarding our nuclear capabilities and those of our allies.  Trump did.  Biden also did not brag to folks he knew did not have clearances about the contents of the documents in his possession.  Trump did.

I don't support a two-tier justice system, but I do understand and accept the fact that there is a qualitative difference between Confidential, Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret (SCI) and Top Secret (CNDWI) documents, and mishandling one type should and ought to be treated differently than mishandling another.

Black letters on white background = absolute speed limit

White letters on black background = suggested speed limit for average conditions. A cop or a judge can  listen to the violator explain why he felt it was safe to be driving faster and then exercise discretion..

pretty clear.  our system of jurisprudence generally tries to have the punishment fit the crime.  That is not two-tiered.

Why do Dems have different rules and laws than everyone else? They won't like it when things turn around. You Dems better think long and hard about what you are doing. It will bite you in the ***.

Maine, you have NO **** IDEA of what documents Bidum had in his garage next to his 'Vette. The only documents ANYONE knows that Sleepy Joe had, are the ones that his LAWYERS turned over. NO AM search of Joe's house after to make sure that they turned in everything. We have NO idea what documents he had B4 his lawyers rifled through them.

Good.  The Trump legal team will be glad to hear this and use it in having Trump exonerated as well.
