This DoJ doesn't charge democrats. Especially Biden.

Fact is that Joe Biden had never held a job that allowed him to take classified documents home.

They must be hiding the page where the special counsel accused Xiden of being a geriatric with a failing memory that's too old and too senile to change

depends upon the severity.

I willfully drove ten miles per hour over the speed limit and the cop didn't give me a ticket.  He gave me a warning, but told me to slow down in the future.  If I had willfully been driving 30 over the speed limit, I would not have avoided a ticket.

I think they both deserve a free pass.

Because his lawyers got to look through it first. Hard to report something that isn't there. Do you actually think that if his lawyers found something really damning they would just turn it over? WTF would they?

I hadn't been told anything yet.  But I can certainly read.  Note the time stamp of what I posted and think of the name of one of two shows I watch on Fox.

What I posted from the report shows that even the investigators in the DOJ think his mind is gone.  But you will vote for him anyway.  After that report I don't want to hear **** what you claim Trump appointees say about him.   I will just reply with that.

Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him-by then a former president well into his eighties-of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.
