That is what courts have established. My feelings wouldn't make any difference to the state of Colorado.

We have no idea what SCOTUS will determine, but I seriously doubt they will directly challenge the Colorado courts' factual findings.

I say they will.  They will challenge it on the fact that there was no due process for a judicial determination of "insurrection" by Trump.
