the courts are supposed to prevent abuses, but won't since their budgets are tied to tax revenues also. But they get to fine and fee people using the legal system to defend themselves for not staying in character.

Back when the press was privately held and there was journalism, the San Jose Mercury News did a Pulitzer (when the name meant something) Prize winning 4-piece investigative series that exposed the pipeline and the CIA that ran it. Good back story, there. I appreciate the info. I was too young to care much about this when it went down. Never thought much to revisit it. I have my own reasons for disliking Bush I. Gun and tax related. Ironically, he was responsible for passing the '89 import ban on guns.
