and now, the republican speaker, and the republican presidential candidate won't LET them.  They refuse to do ANYTHING about the border so obviously, the numbers of people crossing every day isn't REALLY that big of a deal for them.

We are talking about the years the Dems controlled both the house and senate.

and you and I both know that without a super majority in the Senate, those majorities do not translate to smooth sailing for any legislative initiative.

Is that a position you want your president - your government - to take with our NATO allies who have fought and died alongside us for the past 70 years?

On the one hand you say BIden has a great legislative record.  On the other you say he doesn't.  WHat bills did they actually bring to the floor during those years that were related to border?

Or the record crime, or the record inflation or the record fentanyl deaths, or the record number of suicides, or the record number of homeless, or the lies that Biden, Mayorkis, Kamala, and Karime of Wheat claiming the border is secure, or the failure of electric vehicles, or the selective prosecution of Trump, or the fact that Biden has been found incompetent to defend his crimes, or his 20+ offshore secret bank accounts containing millions in bribes and extortion, or his attempt to take away our 1st, 2nd, and 4th Amendment rights, or our record high food prices, or our high interest and mortgage rates, or Biden's obvious dementia...

Need I go on?  Virtually every one of those issues ranks just a smidge below the mess he's made of the border.

Harris is in charge of both the border and the Office of Gun Violence Prevention.  What exactly has she done for either issue?

Intellectual minds come at instinctive brain from every angle so the instinctive brain has to think in every direction its body is surround with people never accepting life in plain sight and angle of deflecting how evolving works now.

Don't get involved debating what if this or what about that. Stand your time for what time is, the decimal point between past evolution results, current ancestors evolving, each great great grandchild replacing the specific 30 lifetimes adding each great great grandchild lived last 4 generation gaps so far.Your time was one of them demanding the next generation take care of you until dead.

Human rights take liberty away from next generations being allowed to be themselves cradle to grave.

you misread me.  I never claimed he had an excellent record on the border.  I am claiming that Trump has STOPPED the GOP in the house from passing the meaningful BI-PARTISAN border legislation advanced by the senate.

And the reason they have stopped it is because fixing the border is really not as big a priority for the GOP as USING the border crisis as a campaign wedge issue to get out their vote in November.

 And you don't give a ****.

What is YOUR son or daughter had their lifelong dream of being a vegetable picker or a hotel chamber maid or a greasy spoon dishwasher busboy dashed because some illegal immigrant came across next month and stole that dream job right out from underneath them and that beaner COULD have been stopped if Republicans actaully made border security a priority instead of a campaign fundraiser/vote getter?

And you know why they don't?  Because they saw what happens when they beat their constituents over the head with an issue long enough (Roe v Wade) and then finally, win, how it bites them in the ***.

Don't you get it?  The boogie men at the border are the replacement for abortionists in the post Dobbs era.  Nobody in Washington really wants to send all the illegal immigrants back to where they came from because they know that our food service industry, our poultry processing industry, our construction industry and our agricultural industry would collapse without them.  They just want to vilify them to crank up the base.
