do not nationalize grocery stores. go the opposite direction. create citizen markets. have large cities buy a square block of their decaying downtown. provide small area low rents to private citizens to sell their farm products. milk, eggs, bread, butter, jelly, produce, all kinds of homemade goodies. all from the people to the people. people talking to people. /// problem: government does not want people talking to people. government only wants people to listen to government propaganda over tv.
