Heller "established" an individual right to carry.....on the same kinds of specious grounds as Bruen.

If what you claim is true I do not need a permit to carry in any state in the union.  If your influencer is right go to that gunshop I linked for you a while back, purchase a pistol, and open carry it in MA without a permit.  Let me know how it works out for you.

Because according to your influencer Heller created that right.

Nobody is forcing you to read post.  If your time is being wasted, it is being wasted by you because of the choices you are making.

Both ideas there are incorrect.  IF that was true you could open carry in any state you wanted.  Heller said you could own one independent of the militia clause, and Bruen said NY can't ask you to provide a special need for protection.  Nothing else changed in the NYC permit application.

Unless you have some verifiable facts to show, you got nuttin'.

Notice there was no "are these your words" ****. Your words, in full, with the link.  As a man does it.

According to BV we can open carry in any state we want without a permit.  I told him to show us by doing it in MA but he refused.

Veghead lying again? No, never.

He even admitted to lying about this pic he keeps showing me (from years and years ago), yet he still posts the same lie that he admitted to.

Watch, he will do it again.

In 2003, six D.C. residents challenged these measures as unconstitutional under the Second Amendment, arguing that the Constitution provides an individual right to keep and bear arms.

Uh-Uh.  And to carry in DC you still need a permit.  Heller said you can possess one to protect your home.  I posted that for you.  It did not mention carry it in public.  These words of yours are wrong:

"Heller conclusively established that the “Second Amendment conferred an individual right to keep and bear arms," discussion of the collective right to bear arms largely receded from public discussion and most litigation surrounding the Second Amendment shifted to define the outer edges of the individual right."

You can't explain why, if a new right was created, why 23 states still require a permit to carry.  Nod.

You should have kept reading your link:

They also suggest limitations on the reach and extent of the modern individual right by reinforcing traditional areas of state firearm regulation

Because the debate in Heller was whether the 2nd Amendment referred to an individual or collective right.

Heller, in spite of the plain language, conferred a Constitutionally protected INDIVIDUAL right to "bear arms".

That's the new right.

Never presume you know better than a state's highest court...

Don't presume you know anything about the second amendment. You don't know anything at all.

You are interpreting it all in your eyes, which is never a good idea since you are consistently wrong about everything.
