You DO know that "putting lights inside people" has been happening to treat illness since at least 1940, right?
They do a lot of different therapy with UV light, including inserting it into the body.
Another is to draw blood and pass it through to tubes which are exposed to UV light to kill bloodborne pathogens and then put it back in the body.
You really should educate yourself before laughing at Trump for something he was 100% correct about.
