Why do you always have to be so negative.

Former President Donald Trump must pay $354 million for fraudulent business practices, Judge Arthur Engoron has ruled.

Additional details from the decision are forthcoming.

Engoron's decision follows an 11-week civil trial in New York, where Trump and three of his adult children testified.New York Attorney General Letitia James sued Trump, his two adult sons, and Trump Organization executives in September 2022 for issuing fraudulent financial statements -- including over 200 false and misleading asset values between 2011 and 2021 -- to get better loan terms and business deals.

They "Got Him Now"....right?

His accountants over estimated values of properties to obtain loans.

The banks gave Trump the loans and the loans were paid off.

No one complained except Democrats 10 years later

Easy to understand...

He put the value of his property at one price to secure a loan.
He got the loan and paid it off years ago.
No one complained

Years later someone discovered they were over valued but the banks never complained.
Democrats did 10 years later.

He lied Bout his estimates of value to get better terms in loans. Which is fraud.
