I was trying to match the post title to the link provided and could only come to the conclusion that wearing a diaper on your homestead somehow circumnavigated zoning restrictions in your town.....of course, figuring out what you try to articulate is an ongoing task.

What I don't understand is why he started a thread about a bunch of freaks from New Hampshire wanting to open a diaper spa, and then start harping on some guy from Louisiana named Vitter.
