I believe Retardo Smarmy has average intelligence.  It is his lack of common sense, critical thinking skills, and need to always be right that makes him look so dumb.

None of them have no idea what their own gender is and thinks same sex mutual masturbation is somehow normal and strangely wonderful...which one's are the dumbest?....is there really a way to measure that on a scale that only goes to zero?
