Evolving isn't that complicated to understand personal time as a unique position life never duplicated the past again. Seems balance would change everything if everyone wasn't trying to tip the scales to their ideological favor to inherit the earth each generation gap added.

Genetics eternally separates reproductions adapting as displaced regardless tradition beliefs by humans demanding equal rights to pretend now isn't eternity.

My exposure to Federal Government waste began while Active Duty but once I worked for a defense contractor and got to visit military bases all over the USA and the rest of the world I had no idea how many people we have on the payroll who get paid a nice salary and pension for producing NOTHING.
The folks who are part of Uncle Sugar's Gravy Train Ride work at a shuffling pace that has to be seen to be believed.
It's a "culture" and this culture dovetails perfectly with the work ethic of so many ******.
I've been in Government records offices that were staffed 90% with self entitled Negro women waddling around with their nasty perfume and 3 inch long plastic fingernails barely able to type 6 words per minute........

When I make a point to mention that this distribution is really a common human condition,
I'm mostly focused on the very top and very bottom. The 1% and the 30%. Numbers vary.
Seems like pretending we can do anything about there being some very rich and lots of very poor is unrealistic. Working on the bulk of the population's plight in the middle isn't unrealistic because we DID have it better at one time. That is a reality we are somehow letting slip away.
A few "experts" here would criticize my use of the word "somehow" because to them it's all black and white. For a black/white, right/wrong, simple solution, we sure haven't nailed down the problem(s) very well.

Genetically speaking about evolving by the numbers living, reproductively changing population all the time the term middle class is 8 great grandparents and siblings that aren't, 4 grandparents and siblings that aren't, 2 parenting and siblings that don't have their biological children, each son or daughter added as siblings and cousins.
People socializing by ideology, aren't always the same ancestral lineages present.16 great great grandparents specifically were alive before 8 great grandparents and siblings were added. are you keeping pace with this not being done by relative time logistics but genetics eternally separating the lifetimes here now.
