How so?
The only way this hurt the taxpayers was when the State spent all that money pursuing a political with hunt against Trump.
Trump didn't cost the State of NY a penny, or the banks he borrowed the money from either. They got everything back, plus interest.
Who was the victim?
How does that justify $350 million?
