$350 million is definitely excessive for a victimless crime.

Grifty is a serial offender.

My MBA is in Commercial Banking from SMU.  I was in banking for 171/2 years (12 years in management).
What the **** DA James (who campaigned on a vow to get Trump) is accusing him of is ridiculously bogus non-existent charges.  The bankers even testified on behalf of Trump that Trump's relation with them was on a legitimate basis.  They were repaid with interest and suffered N O LOSSES!!!

Banks are required to do due diligence in their lending practices and do not rely soly on the financials of the customer without their own auditors review.  They had no problem with Trump's business dealings.

This whole persecution of Trump is purely political in an effort to break him and prevent him from beating the **** out of braindea biden in a fair anf fraudulent free election.  And YOU know that!!!

The case was limited to a "10 year look back".
After his 2008 default, Grifty was no longer welcome to apply for commercial loans.

USUALLY it is the other guys who get in trouble, not trump. maybe trump was counting on that (no pun intended).

When will they go after them?
