1.  Not proof, just unproven supposition.  If there were any proof anywhere, some Trump lawyer would have gotten it in front of one of the hundreds of judges appointed by Trump and convictions would have resulted.
2. yawn
3.  NO.  You are the fool.  The Espionage Act does not have ANYTHING to do with classified or top secret information being exchanged.  The terms "classification" and "top secret" did not even exist when the Espionage Act was written.  So... even if it were possible for an Ex-President to unilaterally declassify classified documents illegally in his possession (even after he told folks they were classified and he really ought not to let them see them) the information on them would STILL be potentially injurious to National Security which is all that is mentioned in the Espionage Act.

And.. If you want to start a thread about Hillary, please feel free to do so.  Bringing her into THIS thread is classic "whataboutism" and an obvious cowardly dodge.

"Fight Like Hell".  "Take Your Country Back". For 45 minutes he ranted and raved. They listened to him... they got their marching orders and what was their rallying cry as they stormed the capitol and breached its defenses?  "Hang Mike Pence!  Hang Mike Pence!  Hang Mike Pence!"  I guess you think that's what peaceful patriots ought to do, eh?  Hang Vice Presidents who don't fall in line in the effort to subvert the peaceful Constitutionally mandated transfer of power??  You must have had some radical **** teaching YOU Civics back in the day!

1) You simply refuse to accept the piles of evidence because you're a blind, gullible, hack who swallows everything you're told on CNN and MSNBC.  And you WILL see the court finally ALLOW Trump to present his evidence now that he's won the right to discovery in one of his upcoming trials.
2) No wonder you're so boring!  Try taking a nap.
3) You swear that the Espionage Act has NOTHING to do with classified information, so apparently I have to rub your stupid nose in it again, just like when your schnauzer **** on the carpet.  That IS NOT "all that is mentioned in the Espionage Act"!
Yet you expect anyone to believe you had some first-hand knowledge of classified material?
Espionage Act18 U.S.C. § 792 et seq.  | (1917)
The law is currently codified under Title 18 and, as when originally enacted, prohibits acts pertaining to the gathering, transmitting, delivery, or loss of national defense information. It criminalizes the photographing and publishing or selling of information regarding defense installations and the furnishing of certain classified information against the interests of the United States. It also criminalizes conspiracy to engage in such acts and the harboring or concealing of violators.
  • Providing Information – Handing over information that would either interfere with the US military, or promote the success of the country’s enemies. Anyone caught doing either of these things could be punished by death, or by a maximum prison sentence of 30 years.
  • Espionage – The use of spies by a government to discover the military and political secrets of other nations. Also, the act of spying to acquire secrets, plans, or technical knowledge.
So tell us, genius.  AREN'T OUR MILITARY SECRETS, PLANS, AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE EITHER CLASSIFIED OR TOP SECRET DOCUMENTS?

And it's no dodge to question the two-tiered justice system you love when I question how it is that both Hillary and Biden have evaded ANY charges against the crimes they committed that were ALL far more serious than ANYTHING that Trump did with the documents HE DECLASSIFIED, which Hillary and Biden WERE NEVER PERMITTED TO DO!

Funniest of all is your idiotic claim that making a statement like, "fight like hell" or "take your country back" constitutes an insurrection, despite the fact that Democrats have made up a dozen or more phony crimes they say Trump committed, yet they NEVER CHARGED HIM WITH INSURRECTION!
Why is that, you fool?
Do you REALLY need me to show you the dozens of times that the same Democrats you love have said in a speech, "Fight like Hell", or "Take your country back"?
But you believe it's ONLY an issue when Trump says it, and that proves you know NOTHING about the meaning of freedom of speech because you selectively support it when people you like say it, but object when people you hate do the same thing!
And it also proves what a partisan hack you really are by wanting one set of rules for Democrats and another one for those you have an insane hatred of!
Now, show us the quote where TRUMP ever called out to "Hang Mike Pence"?
Or is it your ridiculous claim that Trump should be guilty of anything someone in a mob yells?

Maybe you'd also like to charge the hundreds of thousands who chant, "**** JOE BIDEN" with insurrection as well, huh?
How is that any different?

I have not seen any evidence of massive voter fraud, only allegations and suppositions thereof.  No court of law has ever seen any credible evidence of it either.  Do you remember a few days after the election when Rudy Giuliani held the press conference in front of Four Seasons Landscaping in the Philly suburbs?  Do you remember the four or five binders he displayed that he claimed were FULL of "evidence of voter fraud"?  Do you ever wonder what happened to those binders?  Do you ever wonder why Rudy NEVER presented any of that in any court proceeding?  Because Rudy didn't want to lose his license to practice law.  He KNEW that what he had did not constitute "EVIDENCE", but was only hearsay, allegation and innuendo.

You can post paragraphs describing the content of the Espionage Act all you want.  The fact of the matter is that the act itself predates the system of classifying documents.  Ergo, it matters not that Trump CLAIMS he declassified anything or everything removed from the White House.  The CONTENT of those documents - regardless of the classification stamp or lack thereof on their covers - makes their disclosure to individuals without a need to know a violation of the Espionage Act.

Democrats never told any crowd to fight like hell and go take our country back when that crowd was headed to attempt to disrupt the Constitutionally mandated process of peacefully transferring power, and to hang the Vice President if he failed to aid and abet in that disruption.

The evidence WAS NOT PERMITTED TO BE ENTERED in court previously, and THAT'S why it hasn't been seen. And it WILL be entered now that Trump has the right of discovery.  Just keep your dumb mouth shut and watch it take place in the near future.

Oh, so according to you, freedom of speech ONLY is permitted under conditions you approve of?  Where does it say that in the 1st Amendment?

The espionage act does not mention CLASSIFED documents for the simple reason that the entire system for "classifying" sensitive documents did not exist when the act was written.  ERGO, Trump's claims of declassifying documents do not change the sensitive nature of the documents in his possession, and showing them to people without the need to know violates the act.

In his case regarding classified documents which he declassified as well as his indictment for your Jan. 6th **** case.  He can now show the court the evidence that he was not permitted to show previously through discovery.

Lawyer: Newest Indictment Gives Trump Legal Power That He Never Had Before
By Randy DeSoto  August 2, 2023
Former President Donald Trump attorney John Lauro sees at least one silver lining in the Department of Justice’s latest indictment of his client: Trump will get to litigate why he believes the 2020 presidential election was fraudulent. “In 2020 Mr. Trump’s campaign had a few weeks to gear up and present evidence, and it was very difficult,” Lauro told Fox News host Bret Baier Tuesday night after special counsel Jack Smith announced the 45th president was being indicted in relation to his questioning of the integrity of the 2020 election.“We now have the ability in this case to issue our own subpoenas, and we will re-litigate every single issue in the 2020 election in the context of this litigation,” Lauro added. “It gives President Trump an opportunity that he has never had before, which is to have subpoena power since January 6 in a way that can be exercised in federal court.”

Trump's legal team now has access to discovery evidence including witness list: report
The Raw Story by Gideon Rubin June 21, 2023
The Department of Justice on Wednesday handed over discovery evidence to Donald Trump’s legal team in the classified documents case, Politico’s Kyley Cheney reports.

The discovery evidence includes the list of witnesses who will testify for the government in the case against the former president.

“DOJ says it has made its first production of trial discovery to Donald Trump and his team — which means (per the below) he now knows who’s going to testify against him, and roughly what they’re going to say,” Cheney tweeted.

What does supposed "evidence" of widespread voter fraud have to do with classified documents removal or the incitement of the insurrectionist mob on 1/6/21?

Yeah, like I needed to "tiptoe" away from anything after you make such a stupid statement like the Espionage Act "HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH" classified documents, as if there was no such thing as sensitive information that the government had prior to 1917.

Face that facts that you're a **** moron!
