The Alabama Supreme Court issued the ruling. Do you think a lot of leftists sit on that court?

Reproductive Choice is in the news not because leftists put it there, but because two conservative courts did. Own it.
What are the actual legal implications of the ruling? when googling it, all I find are wadded up panties w/o explanation...maineman » 24 Feb 2024, 3:28 pm » wrote: ↑ The Alabama Supreme Court issued the ruling. Do you think a lot of leftists sit on that court?

So... what exactly does the Alabama SC ruling do?maineman » 24 Feb 2024, 7:19 pm » wrote: ↑ Hey... when someone said, The Left is desperately doing everything imaginable to make Abortion not only the top issue, but the only issue to Voters
you replied, "exactly...the crap now with IVF."
If you DON'T have a **** clue what you are talking about, and it certainly appears as if you don't, why the knee-jerk move to blame it on the left when it was the Alabama Supreme Court who proclaimed embryos people, not the left? And it certainly wasn't the left who tossed Roe v. Wade into the dumpster.
**** OWN IT.
If you don't want the women of America to vote against the Republican party because of their positions on reproductive freedom, then you should change your positions. I mean, how the **** did you expect women to react when you all did that stupid ****?
sure sign leftists run the court. when it reads like sharia law it usually is some type of sharia law.ROG62 » 24 Feb 2024, 6:11 pm » wrote: ↑ What are the actual legal implications of the ruling? when googling it, all I find are wadded up panties w/o explanation...
Exactly as the abortion drum beats itself into eternity, along comes IVF and they freshly piss themselves...maineman » 24 Feb 2024, 7:19 pm » wrote: ↑ Hey... when someone said, The Left is desperately doing everything imaginable to make Abortion not only the top issue, but the only issue to Voters

Exactly...all you get are the abortion, roe vs wade and women's rights' drumbeats...yet no explanation as to how it affects them...RedheadedStranger » 24 Feb 2024, 7:38 pm » wrote: ↑ So... what exactly does the Alabama SC ruling do?
All I can see is that they said is that the embryos created through IVF are defined the same as embryos created naturally.
So, what are the implications of the ruling applied to stated law?
I haven't been able to find any... unless you're reading something I'm not.
**** that .....maineman » 24 Feb 2024, 3:28 pm » wrote: ↑ The Alabama Supreme Court issued the ruling. Do you think a lot of leftists sit on that court?

I'm saying is they're all wadded up and in EVERY news blurb they mention abortion, roe vs wade and/or women's rights...
now tell me WTF are the actual implications they're pissing themselves over in relation to what the ruling is...
no one has yet to put it in writing...
And the bottom line remains despite their hand-wringing, hysterics and wishful thinking regarding Abortion --- it is not as important an issue to Voters than the Economy, Immigration, Inflation, Foreign Policy --ROG62 » 24 Feb 2024, 11:59 pm » wrote: ↑ Exactly...all you get are the abortion, roe vs wade and women's rights' drumbeats...yet no explanation as to how it affects them...

unfortunately where democrats are concerned, when abortion, roe vs wade or women's healthcare are mentioned, it's "look, SQUIRREL!!!"Kobia2 » 25 Feb 2024, 6:42 am » wrote: ↑ And the bottom line remains despite their hand-wringing, hysterics and wishful thinking regarding Abortion --- it is not as important an issue to Voters than the Economy, Immigration, Inflation, Foreign Policy --
So, while I believe it's true that overall the GOP has shot itself in the foot regarding Abortion, in the case of the top issues I mentioned, Biden and the Democrats have blown their own legs off...

Look you believe life only exists between womb to tomb and every body in inhabited by some supernatural intellect with no form or shape unless there is a body to inhabit at birth.
