I'm saying that the only indictment that cites violations of the Espionage Act is the Mar-a-Lago documents case and that the indictments surrounding January 6th make no mention of the Espionage Act.  

I didn't make that ridiculous charge, Jack Smith did.  And he did it because Trump shared sensitive documents relating to National Security with individuals who did not have clearance or a need to know.  Those are the indisputable facts of the matter.
