Yes, we have established that there were two different designs. One was military and the other design was for civilians. Specifically designed so the pieces from the military m 16 cold NOT be put in the Sporter to make it automatic.

American military supplies (in many cases surplus) are used with great effectiveness by the Ukrainians to degrade the Russian military. Replacing lost gear becomes increasingly expensive because of sanctions. It is, as long as Ukrainians choose to fight, win/win.
