This sums up the Trump verdict and Letitia James:

Lavrentiy Beria, the most ruthless and longest-serving secret police chief in Joseph Stalin’s reign of terror in Russia and Eastern Europe, bragged that he could prove criminal conduct on anyone, even the innocent. 

“Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime” was Beria’s infamous boast. He served as deputy premier from 1941 until Stalin’s death in 1953, supervising the expansion of the gulags and other secret detention facilities for political prisoners. He became part of a post-Stalin, short-lived ruling troika until he was executed for treason after Nikita Khrushchev’s coup d’etat in 1953.  Beria targeted “the man” first, then proceeded to find or fabricate a crime. Beria’s modus operandi was to presume the man guilty, and fill in the blanks later. By contrast, under the United States Constitution, there’s a presumption of innocence that emanates from the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments, as set forth in Coffin vs. U.S. (1895).

Let's see. No victim, no one has ever been held accountable under this statute, according to the banks they did go over his assets and adjusted the terms of loans accordingly, and every one involved made lots of money.

Hillary was supposed to oversee the Great Reset ushered in by the scamdemic, but Trump got in their way.

She was supposed to get two terms as well, which she didn't.

Now they got themselves in a pickle with the senile old man and his idiot VP and are starting to throw everything at the wall, hoping something will stick.

I look for Hillary to ride in or her white horse and save the day soon... and she'll probably have Gavin as her sidekick this time around... and they will "disqualify" Trump in the 11th hour and seize power.

But I doubt that all of those millions of armed Americans who sat back and did nothing in 2020 will do the same this time around or even Republican state governments for that matter.
this isn't 2016 or even 2020...
In my opinion ....
those acts would lead to civil war ....or at the very least a once in a lifetime constitutional crisis with lots of civil unrest ....
It would get very ugly very fast.....

(2) Disqualification

(3) Assassination.

If they don't get Trump out of the way, then they have to cheat in the election again... which after 2020, they may not be able to pull off without it being totally obvious... which also won't end civilly.

I think it's double edged.

After the scamdemic and the 2020 selection, they do indeed feel emboldened enough to do what they want, but... they also know they have brainwashed enough of the electorate that they will just nod along with whatever they do as well.

Show me a single instance wherein Beria explicitly limited himself to a 10 year lookback..

The activist Judge has levied an unreasonably excessive punitive fine for a victimless crime... obviously for political expendiency.

It's being done to hamstring the current administration's primary opposition in an upcoming election.
