I think they're in text messages and are still available.
I would think it would be very easily to determine if they lied.

The Judge makes a ruling on Friday as to what to do with the data presented. However, that might not be necessary once Wade's attorney gets on the stand and CRUCIFIES Fani's and Nathan's DIRECT TESTIMONY!! Even the appearance of impropriety is going to disqualify both of them.

The right wing and him jordan came out and sais she had a perjury charge coming that never materialized.

Didnt right wing media just lay out 787 million for lying here a year or so ago.
