I would be willing to bet there isn't a person or company on the planet that could come up with that cash this quickly. Being worth billions doesn't mean you have that much cash or cash equivalents sitting in a bank somewhere.

Since the ruling was handed down on February 16...that would be 12 days (by my math). Could legally be less as the actual date of the ruling may be when the completed paperwork is officially filed, but I'll stick with 12 days.
