I certainly do.  The reason that Biden was not charged win the documents case is because the special council was of the opinion that Biden was not mentally fit enough to stand trial.  Claiming the defense would use that as his defense.  That he was unaware he was committing a crime.  And a sympathetic jury would side with him.
