I didn't write the second amendment. Just live by it.
The wording doesn't say anything about having to "apply" to bear arms.
I know you hate it that Hunter is using the very constitution that trump wanted to suspend as a defense and that gun owners across America agree with him but it's a great defense.
I'm surprised that you aren't applauding him for sticking it to the ATF. But then again you aren't a real republican,just a run of the mill trump supporter.

Nothing in the Constitution about taking the right to bear arms away from convicted felons neither.
If we're given convicted *** the right to vote back then we have to give convicted *** the right to bear arms back.
One could argue that a convicted *** is more dangerous with a ballot in his hand than a Mac 10
